How long does it take to recover from a plastic surgery operation?
Recovery time can vary from one procedure to another. Many patients can return to work within a few days or a week. Most patients are ready to resume work by 1- 4 weeks after surgery although sometimes longer recoveries are required. There are many factors which influence recovery including the surgical site, type of work the patient does, nature of the surgery, patient preferences, etc.
